Dandy Software

This software has very useful tools to aid with biblical studies, not to mention an amazing selection of content. On average the content is more expensive than the impress counterparts, but because of the tagging used to link the resources content to bible studies (the useful tools I mentioned earlier) I think it is worth it. I have only been using for about a month and am very grateful for this app.

I will say the Mac desktop version is easier and more intuitive than the Mac IOS apps. Some of that I'thousand certain is because of the screen sizes merely even on my eleven in IPad Pro, I prefer Olive Tree for user interface and ease of apply. I accept been using the Olive Tree app for most 2 years now, so maybe once i am more familiar with the Logos iOS app, I volition feel differently. One time problem I accept for sure with the iOS app is my new resource sometimes are not available right away it took 3 days for an audio book to show up, and my TDNT even so does not show up and that was included in the first parcel I bought most a calendar month agone.

Still over all I am very grateful for the obvious time and endeavour put into building this app. I would recommend for any serious biblical studies and again in my opinion the desktop app is superior to any of the other programs I've used, and it's certainly handy to have my cont available on a manus held device or on the become.

The dev team is awesome. They are really working hard to making this app a great study and resources tool. The app is getting a lot more user friendly and easier to written report. It is non the desktop app merely information technology is getting there. I use the app more than than I utilize the desktop app. The i thing I would love for the dev team to work on would exist the note taking functionality. The app makes you leave your reading and takes you off to a unlike screen. Would information technology exist possible to take notes in a tab? Also it would be squeamish to know when you created a note so you lot can reference back when yous created it for reference. It would be nice to have the annotation with the date on the side of the note. Other than that this app surpasses every other bible App in the App Store when it comes to bible report and accessing a huge library of resources. Zippo else has the tremendous amount of resources as Logos does. You lot have to try information technology to believe it. The Logos squad merely continue out doing themselves. The app keeps getting improve with every release. Do not hesitate to become this app.

Hopefully helpful critiques

This is actually a wonderful app that has helped me organize my Bible studying and even do some inductive Bible written report. I accept one critique though, well two, and I call up they could really make the app better. It has to do with the notes feature. I love that you can make notebooks and meet all of the highlights and notes y'all have washed in one place. I wish though that it would display the text that was highlighted their in the notes section, or at least the reference. This would really brand the notes characteristic more useful, to go dorsum and come across what was highlighted quickly and find what you were looking for or catch themes or similarities easier. Right now you have to open up the note and click them then it opens the chapter were it is, this is overnice but cumbersome if you are looking for something or trying to study a theme with this tool. Another suggestion, I wish in that location was a preference/option to make certain highlighters default into a created notebook. For case, a place to make everything in pink highlighter pin could automatically become into a notebook called resurrection. This would really aid in topical study.
